worked a lot of 200-300 and my best climb was to about 7800 agl. With no gloves it was COLD at altitude.  I got "low" once to about 3500' agl and then was able to stay above 4000' agl until I landed.  My GPS indicated ground speeds around 60 mph whenever I'd dash downwind.  I pretty much just connected the dots in the sky and when they evaporated I didn't hit a single bump on the 20-mile final glide.  I had plenty stamina left when I landed so I know 200 miles is very much within my capabilities.  I just need to be less conservative and fly faster.
Something really clicked between my Stealth II and me as I let it fly more and I relaxed more in my Aeros harness.  It felt like the glider would be "sucked" more into the cores if I'd relax my grip on the bar. This would be as I was on glide between thermals and start to hit
