Treasurer Report: $1600 in account with $600 still owed to Pete Hammer

Old Business:
Alamogordo Labor Day --- questions about it being open. Recent rain encourages folks; Greg, John, Robert, Tre leaving on the 31st and returning the 6th.
Pilot Point lease has expired; do not fly there until it is paid. Money is now being accepted by Dwayne Mc Clune. Please contact ASAP.
South Tow site clarification: New section of the road faces N/S and is about 3 miles south.
New Business
LSC: Starts Sunday 13th until Saturday 20th cumulating with a big cookout party. RSVP by Wednesday.
Discussion of Wills Wing nose tang release with platform towing release line problem causing to release front flying wires on Tom 's glider and the resulting accident. Greg diagrams the cam / tang Eyewitness report said that the nose lines came off immediately upon release from the tow rig and Tom went up ~ 30 feet and he was trying to pull in but the front wires were loose, resulting in a hard stall break and dive.
Motion to donate $200 to Tom Clark to help cover medical bills. Passed Unanimously . Warren delivered check to Chico Palmer at the LSC.
Discussion about first aid kits and training for first aid. Discussion tabled until later.
Meeting finished at 9:05 .
